Present appeal pertains to the year 1995. Vide order dated 19.10.2023 fresh notices were issued to the appellants as well as the respondents. As per the office report, the appellants remain unserved due to incomplete address. Respondent Nos.1 and 2 are stated to have died, however, Mr. G.S. Aulakh, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of respondent No.1. There is no other address of the appellants available except for the one as mentioned in the memo of parties as well as in the judgments of the Courts.

In view of the above, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 3.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
