(ORAL) A fresh copy of the representation (Annexure P-5) has been filed which is taken on record as due to a typographical error, in the representation filed earlier with the petition, Superintendent of Police, Gurgaon was mentioned instead of Superintendent of Police Kurukshetra. Naresh and Sanjay Kumar, the petitioners before me, claim themselves to be major. They have pleaded that they have married against the wishes of respondents No. 4 to 7 and seek protection to their life and liberty. They apprehend danger from respondents No. 4 to 7. A photocopy of the marriage certificate has been placed on record. They have placed on record photographs Annexure P-4 evidencing their marriage. The petitioners have submitted a representation dated 26.6.2017, Annexure P-5 to respondent No. 2.
Without entering upon an exercise to evaluate the evidentiary value of the documents placed on the file, I dispose of the petition with directions to respondent No. 2 to decide the representation of the petitioners, Annexure P-5 within a period of one month and grant them Gurpreet Singh Bhatia 2017.06.28 16:18 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh
