HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE H.S. MADAAN Present:- Mr. Naveen S. Bhardwaj, Advocate for the petitioners. *** The case has been taken up through Video Conferencing. Petitioner Balkar Singh and 59 others working on the posts of Assistant/Upper Division Clerks with Haryana Vidyut Prasaran Nigam Limited have approached this Court by way of filing the present writ petition craving for grant of appropriate writ order or direction to respondents and accept the representation dated 14.8.2015 (Annexure P-7) made by Sub-Committee of Finance and Accounts Wing of all Haryana Power Utilities to the effect that pay scales of UDCs, Accounts Clerk and Junior Accountant in power utilities be kept at par i.e. 9300-34800+GP 3200 which has already been given to Accounts Clerks of Haryana Power Generation Corporation Limited in a decision dated 17.8.

2012 (Annexure P2). Learned counsel for the petitioners has contended that this recommendation has been accepted with regard to Junior Accountants as well as Accounts Clerks but as regards the UDCs and Assistants, no action PARVINDER SINGH 2021.08.

CWP No. 16034 of 2021 has been taken despite the petitioners having submitted representation (Annexure P-11) in three parts collectively.

Notice of motion.

On asking of the Court, Ms. Shubhra Singh, Additional Advocate General, Haryana accepted notice for both the respondents. Learned counsel for the petitioners states that petitioners would be satisfied if a direction is issued to Haryana Vidyut Prasaran Nigam Limited-respondent No. 2 to consider the representation submitted by the petitioners.

Accordingly, this petition is disposed of directing Haryana Vidyut Prasaran Nigam Limited-respondent No. 2 to consider the representation submitted by the petitioners and if some action in the matter is warranted then the needful be done within a period of two months by passing a speaking and well reasoned order. It is observed that if the petitioners still feel dissatisfied by the action taken by the respondents with regard to the representation then they may approach the Court again for redressal of their grievances in accordance with law. This petition along with annexures be taken as representation for the purpose of consideration by the respondents.
