***** GURVINDER SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner, whose marriage was solemized on 11.3.2020 with respondent No.6-Apan Kumar Bhagra, left her matrimonial home shortly after her marriage and sought the help of one Mukesh Kumar for the purpose of looking for an accommodation and on account of which her father i.e. respondent No.5-Baljeet Singh and her husband i.e. respondent No.6-Apan Kumar Bhagra have been issuing threats to her as well as to Mukesh Kumar to cause harm to them.

Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and while refraining from making any expression as regards the veracity of averments made in the petition, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Nawanshehar, District S.B.S. Nagar to look into the matter and to dispose of the representation PANKAJ KAKKAR 2020.03.19 12:22 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
