ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) Counsel for the petitioners submit that the possession of the shop in dispute, is handed-over to the petitioner - Rajeev Garg on 11.05.2023.
The respondent has also furnished an affidavit tendering unconditional apology.
Counsel for the petitioners further submit that in view of the affidavit, the contempt proceedings may be purged, however, the petitioners may be granted liberty to avail the alternative remedy in accordance with law, if so advised.
Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous, with liberty aforesaid. Since the main petition is decided, the pending applications are also disposed of.
