Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.79 dated 15.01.2024, under Sections 379-B of IPC and Sections 21(1), 21(4)(A) of Mines and Minerals (Regulations of Development) Act, 1957, registered at Police Station Haryana State Enforcement Bureau, Ambala (Annexure P-1). 2.

Vide order dated 18.03.2024, this Court while granting the concession of interim anticipatory bail directed the petitioner to join investigation.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from SHO Mukesh Beniwal submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and his custodial interrogation is no longer required and the petitioner has also replied to all the queries raised by the Investing Officer. 4.

In view of above, the petition is allowed. The order dated 18.03.2024 granting interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner, is made absolute. However, the petitioner shall join the investigation as and when called upon to do so by the Investigating Agency and shall abide by the Manju 2024.04.24 11:18 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
