Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, on account of having been molested and caused injures by respondent No.4, lodged FIR No.33 dated 1.3.2020 under Sections 354, 323, 506 IPC, Police Station Amargarh, but said accused/respondent No.4 has now been harassing and compelling her to effect a compromise and has been issuing threats to cause harm to her.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and while refraining from making any expression as regards veracity of the averments/allegations made in the petition, the same is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Sangrur to look into the matter and to dispose of representation (Annexure P-3) expeditiously in accordance with law and in case, the allegations made therein are found to be well-founded then necessary steps warranted under law be taken GAURAV SOROT 2020.03.19 15:04 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
