The present appeal pertains to the year 1995. There has been no compliance of the order dated 08.07.2024. On 26.09.2024 none appeared on behalf of the appellants and the matter was adjourned to 11.11.2024. On 11.11.2024 the matter was adjourned by order to today. Today again neither any one has appeared on behalf of the appellants nor there has been any compliance of the order dated 08.07.2024 passed by this Court. It appears that the appellants are not interested in pursing the present appeal. 2.

In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present regular second appeal for non-prosecution. 3.

Dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
