Mr. P.K.S. Phoolka, Advocate, for the petitioner **** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) The present petition is for cancellation of bail of respondent Nos. 2 to 7.

Learned counsel inter alia contend that after registration of F.I.R, initially the compromise was effected with the respondents and subsequently, they were granted bail. However, they again started threatening the petitioner and her family members. Thereafter, the petitioner again made application for cancellation of bail, which was dismissed vide order dated 16.05.2016 on the ground that no specific instance or incident has been given by the petitioner nor any application has been moved by her qua the same before the trial Court or police authorities.

Keeping in view the above observation, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition at this stage is being disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioner to make appropriate application to the police authorities or the trial Court.
