CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE JASJIT SINGH BEDI

Present:

Mr. Sanjeev Roy, Advocate, for the petitioner. Mr. Parveen Kumar Aggarwal, DAG, Haryana.

***** JASJIT SINGH BEDI, J. (Oral) The petitioner has filed the present present under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail in a complaint case No. NACT/4351/2018 dated 02.08.2018, Annexure P-1, titled as M/s SKA Infrastructure Pvt. Limited versus M/s Fateh Education Society etc., filed under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner was declared a proclaimed person and, therefore, he does not wish to press this bail application, at this stage. He, however, prays that a direction be issued to the trial Court to decide his regular bail expeditiously, if he surrenders before the Court below immediately. In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of with a direction that if the petitioner, who is a proclaimed person, surrenders before the trial Court within a period of one week from today and moves an application for regular bail, the trial court shall decide the same as expeditiously as possible.
