(Oral) Today, at the very outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the petition with liberty to surrender before the trial Court and move an application for grant of regular bail.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
