Present petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for seeking pre-arrest bail to the petitioner(s) in case FIR No. 60 dated 23.02.2019, registered under Section(s) 409, 420, 436 & 201 IPC at Police Station Khol. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case.

As per first information report available with the police and CCTV footage, petitioner himself had set the cabin on fire. However, without observing anything on merits of the case, no case is made out to grant the concession of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner and present petition stands dismissed.
