Prayer made in the present petition is for directing the respondents to grant the petitioners the pay scale of Rs.10300-34800+3200 grade pay as has been given to other employees. 2.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from Mr. Rajesh Kumar, DEO (JE), Gurdaspur, states that the order dated 25.11.2024 shall be withdrawn forthwith and order afresh taking note of the instructions dated 24.12.2014, which were mentioned in the previous order dated 02.05.2024, would be passed within 3 months, which satisfies the learned counsel for the petitioners.
