ARUN PALLI, J (Oral) Having argued the matter at some length, learned counsel for the petitioners, as always, very fairly submits that in context of the concerns/grievances that are sought to be raised in the petition, the petitioners would be better advised if they move the Real Estate Regulatory Authority under The Real Estate (Regulation & Development) Act, 2016. Accordingly, he submits that he be permitted to withdraw this petition so as to enable the petitioners to avail such other remedies, as shall be admissible in law.
