(Oral) This order shall dispose of a bunch of afore-mentioned nine writ petitions wherein grievance of the petitioners is that they have been charged current market price for allotment of the plots under defence quota. They, thus, seek quashing of various orders passed in this regard.

At the outset, Mr. Deepak Sabharwal, learned counsel for HUDA/HSVP submits that the entire matter is being reconsidered and is pending before the Chief Administrator, HUDA at present. Fresh orders are likely to be passed after considering all aspects including the plea raised by the petitioners in these petitions.
In view of statement made by learned counsel for HUDA, no cause of action survives herein. Same are hereby disposed of. Orders, if any, passed seeking current price from the allottees shall not stand in the way of the authority while passing fresh orders. Needful be done at the earliest, in any case, not later than six weeks. Needless to observe that if petitioners still have any grouse, they shall be at liberty to file afresh, if so advised.
