This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioners vide FIR No. 88 dated 13.06.2015 under Sections 452, 295-A, 354, 341, 323, 149, 506 IPC at Police Station Daba, district Ludhiana.
Learned counsel for the State (on instructions from ASI Gurjeet Singh, who is present in court) submits that pursuant to order dated 16.07.2015, petitioners have joined the investigation and is no longer required for custodial interrogation. In view of the above, order dated 16.07.2015 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
