H. S. Madaan, J. (Oral) It is stated by counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has since joined the investigation. This fact is conceded by the State counsel, who in addition to that has stated that petitioner is not required for further investigation. He has stated so on instructions from HC Zile Singh, Police Station Bahadurgarh, District Jhajjar. It being so, the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order 11.7.2017, is made absolute, subject to fulfillment of conditions under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
In that way, the petition is allowed.
