The present appeal pertains to the year 1995. On 27.09.2024 the following order was passed :

'The present appeal pertains to the year 1995. Repeatedly it has been adjourned on the request of the learned counsel for the appellants. Today again a written request for an adjournment is circulated on behalf of the counsel for the appellants on the ground that he is out of station due to a personal difficulty. In the interest of justice, adjourned to 15.10.2024.

It is made clear that no further adjournment shall be granted on any account and in case the matter is not argued on the next date of hearing, the same shall be dismissed for non-prosecution'.

RSA-1329-1995 (O&M) -22. Today despite the matter being called twice since morning, none has put in appearance on behalf of the appellants. It appears that the appellants are not interested in pursuing the present appeal. 3.

In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 4.

Dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
