NIDHI GUPTA, J. (ORAL) As per office report, learned counsel for both the parties have been informed about the date fixed in the present appeal. However, none has put in appearance on their behalf, despite the case having been called twice.

Perusal of order sheet dated 23.05.2017 shows that the appellant had gone un-represented on the said date also. Therefore, it can safely be presumed that the appellant or his counsel is no more interested in pursuing the instant regular second appeal. Thus, this Court has been left with no other option except to dismiss the instant regular second appeal for non-prosecution. Ordered accordingly.
