**** RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK J. (ORAL) Petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in FIR No. 133 dated 11.5.2011 under Sections 323/364 IPC registered at Police Station Zirakpur, District SAS Nagar (Mohali).

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner had been regularly attending the court proceedings on each and every date fixed before the learned trial court. However, on 2.6.2015, petitioner could not appear before the learned trial court because of bonafide reasons, as he was not feeling well. He concluded by submitting that petitioner is ready and willing to surrender before the learned trial court and it may be directed to consider the bail application of the petitioner sympathetically and decide the same at an early date.

CRM-M-22770 of 2015 Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, lest it should prejudice the rights of either of the parties, present petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to surrender before the learned trial court on or before 8.8.2015. On surrender by the petitioner, the learned trial court shall consider his bail application and decide the same at an early date, by passing an appropriate order, strictly in accordance with law and also after taking into consideration all the attending circumstances brought to its notice at the instance of the petitioner.

With the abovesaid observations made and directions issued, instant petition stands disposed of.
