Vide order dated 18.09.2024 passed by this Court, the parties were directed to appear before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, Rohtak for getting their statements recorded with regard to the compromise. As per the report dated 22.10.2024 received from the District & Sessions Judge, Rohtak, separate statements of the parties, with regard to the compromise, have since been recorded.

Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that the matter stands compromised and hence the appellants may be permitted to withdraw the present appeal in terms of the compromise. 3.
