RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner Satnam Singh in case FIR No.45 dated 05.05.2017 under Section 15 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act registered at Police Station Sadar, Mansa. On instructions from ASI Harbhajan Singh, learned State counsel submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, the order dated 18.07.2017 passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court is made absolute.

Disposed of accordingly.
