ALKA SARIN, J. (ORAL) 1.

The present appeal pertains to the year 1995. Vide order dated 30.10.2023 notices were issued to the parties. As per the service report, the appellant is untraceable due to incomplete address. Respondent Nos.1, 2(a) to 2(f) are stated to have died. Respondent No.3(i) and 3(ii) are also untraceable due to incomplete address. This is the only address which was given in the memo of parties and in the judgments and decrees passed by the Trial Court and the First Appellate Court. No one has put in appearance on behalf of the appellant. In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 2.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
