(Oral) Present petition for release of petitioner on regular bail in FIR No.40 dated 18.03.2015, under Sections 363 and 366-A IPC, registered at Police Station Bhikhiwind, District Tarn Taran. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no role to play in the above-said offence. The only allegation against the petitioner is that he has helped the complainant's sister to ran away with Honey Singh (main accused). Further, the co-accused of the petitioner, have already been released on anticipatory bail by this Court, vide order dated 24.08.2015 passed in CRM-M-20518-2015 (Annexure P-3). So, he be released on bail.

CRM-M-23720-2016 -2I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and with their able assistance gone through the material available on record. The petitioner was arrested on 29.02.2016. Since then, he is in judicial custody and no useful purpose would be served to further detain him in jail. The final conclusion of trial will take a long time. In view of above facts, the present petition is allowed. The petitioner is ordered to be released on regular bail on his furnishing adequate bail bonds and surety bonds to the satisfaction of learned trial Judge/Duty Magistrate, Tarn Taran.
