MANJARI NEHRU KAUL, J. (Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No.178 dated 06.10.2018 under Sections 363,366-A, 376, 120-B IPC and Section 4, 6 and 8 of POCSO Act registered at Police Station Shahkot, District Jalandhar.

Vide order dated 31.08.2021 the petitioner was directed to appear before the trial court within 10 days and on her appearance she be released on interim bail.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has placed on record the order dated 29.11.2021, whereby the petitioner has appeared before the trial Court and furnished her bail bonds.

In view of the above, the instant petition is allowed and the order dated 31.08.2021 is made absolute.
