(ORAL) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for quashing of FIR No. 2 dated 12.01.2023 (Annexure P-1) registered under Sections 498-A and 406 IPC at Woman Police Station, Malerkotla and all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition.
