The instant petition has been filed for quashing of impugned criminal complaint No.200 dated 02.09.2020 (Annexure P-1) registered under Sections 420, 406, 120-B of Indian Penal Code, 1860 alongwith all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom and impugned summoning order dated 18.11.2020 (Annexure P-2) passed by the Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Jalandhar, whereby the petitioner and respondent No.3 were summoned to face trial under Sections 406, 420 and120-B IPC without considering and appreciating the true facts.
