Present appeal pertains to the year 1995. Vide order dated 23.07.2024 fresh notices were issued to the appellants. As per office report, appellant no.1(i) to 1(iii) stand duly served, however, none has put in appearance on their behalf. Appellant No.1(iv) is stated to have died. However, no one has come forward to be impleaded as legal representatives of appellant No.1(iv).

In view of the above, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 3.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
