Learned counsel submits that for the grievance aired in the petition, petitioner has already served legal notice, Annexure P-8. According to him, petitioner shall be satisfied if a decision thereon is taken. Notice of motion.

On the asking of court, Ms. Anu Chatrath, Addl. A.G. Punjab, who is present in court, accepts notice on behalf of official respondent(s). She submits that in case legal notice has been received in the concerned office, same shall be looked into and appropriate decision taken within two months. In case any adverse order is passed, same shall be communicated to the petitioner forthwith.

In view of statement made by State counsel, no further direction is necessary. Petition is hereby disposed of.
