Rajan Gupta, J (Oral) This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking protection of their life and liberty from respondent Nos. 1 to 4 as they apprehend to their life from private respondents.

Counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners shall not be harassed by respondent No.5. Action, if any, shall be taken only as per law.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI-Om Parkash, submits that in case, any representation is received from the petitioners, same shall be looked into and appropriate steps taken, if circumstances so warrant.

In view of statement made by learned State counsel, no further direction is necessary.
