(Oral) This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No. 557 dated 11.11.2014, registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B IPC, registered at Police Station Civil Lines, Rohtak. Learned Assistant Advocate General, on instructions from ASI Mukesh Kumar, states that the petitioner has joined the investigation and he is no more required for custodial interrogation. In these circumstances, I do not deem it appropriate to deny the concession of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Resultantly, the petition is allowed. The interim order dated 12.08.2015 is made absolute.
