(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for issuance of direction to respondents No.2 and 3 to file cancellation report before the competent Court in case FIR No.69 dated 01.11.2016 registered under Sections 302 and 34 IPC at Police Station Mehal Kalan, District Barnala.

Learned State counsel on instructions from H.C. Harbans Singh submits that instant petition has rendered infructuous in view of the fact that cancellation report has been filed and the complainant has been summoned by learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barnala, for statement.
