**** DEEPAK GUPTA, J. (ORAL) No one has put in appearance on behalf of the appellant. Apart thereof, it is noticed that it was a simpliciter suit for injunction. Decree of injunction was passed in favour of the plaintiff, which was affirmed by the Appellate Court and thus, appellant/defendant has approached this Court against the concurrent findings.

Since no one has put in appearance on behalf of the appellants, the appeal is hereby dismissed in default for want of prosecution with liberty to the appellant to get it revived in case any cause of action still survives.
