Instant petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 3(1)(b) of Haryana Good Conduct Prisoners (Temporary Release) Act, 1988 for issuance of directions/orders by way of writ in the nature of mandamus to the respondents for releasing the petitioner on marriage parole for 04 weeks to enable him to attend the marriage of his real brother, Virender Chaudhary to be solemnized on 02.04.2020.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petition has become infructuous.
