The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure with a prayer to quash the FIR No.1181 dated 18.12.2019 under Section 174-A IPC, 1860 registered at Police Station Panipat City, District Panipat (Annexure P-4) and all consequential proceedings therefrom.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has informed the Court that now again the petitioner has been declared as a proclaimed person and another FIR No.139 dated 20.01.2023 under Section 174-A IPC, Police Station City Panipat has been ordered to be registered against the present petitioner. He further contends that the petitioner is not in touch with him and he has also not been briefed by his client. 3.

In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is not entitled for any relief from this Court and the present petition is ordered to be dismissed.
