This is a petition for quashing of the FIR.

Counsel for the petitioner, on asking of the court, informs that the charges have been framed on the basis of report u/s 173(2) Cr.P.C. In view of the said circumstances, the petition is permitted to be withdrawn without prejudice to the right of the petitioner to challenge the framing of charges, if so advised.
