(ORAL) This petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 0006 dated 09.1.2019 registered under Section 306 IPC at Police Station Julana, District Jind. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that accused Rekha was granted anticipatory bail yesterday by this Court. Learned Deputy Advocate General has accepted this fact. Without going into the merits of the case, I deem it appropriate to grant regular bail to the petitioner. Ordered accordingly. Bail to the satisfaction of the trial Court/Duty Magistrate. Petition stands allowed.
