Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for issuance of directions to respondents No.2 to 4 to conduct fair and impartial enquiry in the representation (Annexure P-3) and to take legal against against accused person for forcibly and illegally demolishing the boundary wall.

After arguing for sometime, counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition with liberty to move an appropriate application before the competent Court.
