(Oral) The petitioner in this case assails the notices dated 31.05.2019/04.06.2019 issued to him by the Haryana State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited, requiring him to pay additional amounts for the plots allotted to him in view of the enhancement of acquisition compensation payable to the landowners. The main ground on which the petitioner seeks this relief is that he was not furnished the details as to how the amount demanded from him has been calculated.

Upon asking of the Court, Mr. Ankur Mittal, Additional Advocate General, Haryana, who is present in Court through VC, accepts notice for the respondent-Corporation. He would assure this Court that the details regarding computation of the amounts demanded from the petitioner, by way of the impugned notices, would be supplied to him within three weeks from today.
