Petitioners have filed this petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No. 68 dated 23.6.2015 under Section 323, 452, 506, 148, 149 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station Bullowal, Hoshiarpur.
While issuing notice of motion, following order was passed by this Court on 16.7.2015:- "It is inter alia contended that the only non-bailable offence is under Section 452 IPC. It is further contended that two of the co-accused who are females have been extended the concession of pre-arrest bail. It is also contended that cause of dispute was that Preeti one of the co-accused had a suspicion that her husband, namely; Raj Pal had illicit affair with Seema daughter of complainant- Ram Kishan.

Crl. Misc. No. M- 22842 of 2015 -2- Meanwhile, in the event of arrest of the petitioners, they shall be released on bail by the Arresting/Investigating Officer. The petitioners shall abide by the conditions as enshrined in Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C. "
Learned State counsel, who is assisted by Head Constable Sukhdev Singh, has submitted that in terms of the above order, petitioners have joined investigation and are not required for further investigation.
Accordingly, interim bail granted by this Court to the petitioners vide order dated 16.7.2015, is made absolute. Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
