(Oral) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 482 CrPC is for issuance of appropriate direction for proper investigation of FIR no.421 dated 05.08.2013 under Sections 498A, 406, 323 IPC registered at P.S. Mujeshar, District Faridabad and added offences under Sections 417, 467, 468, 471 IPC in compliance of order dated 01.08.2015 passed by this Court in COCP No.3162 of 2014.

ASI Bhawar Singh, Investigation Officer, has apprised this Court that after conducting investigation in the case, the police has submitted challan including supplementary challan against the accused under Sections 498A, 406, 323, 417, 467, 468, 471 IPC and the case is pending before the trial Court.

In view of above, the present petition no more survives, the same having been rendered infructuous.
