(Oral) The petitioners in this case assail the notices dated 31.05.2019/04.06.2019 issued to them by the Haryana State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited, requiring them to pay additional amounts for the plots allotted to them in view of the enhancement of acquisition compensation payable to the landowners. The main ground on which the petitioners seek this relief is that they were not furnished the details as to how the amount demanded from them has been calculated.
Upon asking of the Court, Mr. Ankur Mittal, Additional Advocate General, Haryana, who is present in Court through VC, accepts notice for the respondent-Corporation. He would assure this Court that the details regarding computation of the amounts demanded from the petitioners, by way of the impugned notices, would be supplied to them within three weeks from today.
