The present appeal pertains to the year 1995. None has put in appearance on behalf of the appellants. Vide order dated 09.11.2023 notice was issued to the parties. As per office report, the appellant as well as the respondent have since died, however, none has put in appearance on behalf of the legal representatives of the parties to pursue the present appeal. 2.

In view of the above, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 3.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
