The present application has been filed for withdrawal of the main appeal (RSA-1574-2019) on the ground that the parties have since compromised the matter.

Mr. B.K. Bagri, Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the non-applicant/respondent and states that he has no objection if the present application is allowed, and the main case is permitted to be withdrawn. 4.

In view of the above and for the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the main case (RSA-1574-2019) is taken on Board today itself. RSA-1574-2019 5.

Learned counsel for the appellants states that the parties have since compromised the matter and hence seeks permission to withdraw the present appeal.
