T.P.S. MANN, J. (oral) This is the second petition filed by the petitioner for the grant of regular bail, the first one having been dismissed as withdrawn on 30.06.2014.

After obtaining instructions from ASI Amrik Singh, learned State counsel has informed the Court that the prosecution has since examined its entire evidence and now the accused is summoned for today itself for examination under Section 313 Cr.P.C.

Faced with the above, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the petition.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
