(Oral) The petition has been filed inter alia seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to release the amount of one hundred and forty days of leave encashment along with interest.

Learned State counsel has received instructions from Principal, PM Shri Government Senior Secondary School Ledi, Yamuna Nagar, vide memo dated 22.04.2025, which is retained on record as Annexure 'A'. It is to the effect that as per calculation the total due amount of leave encashment for one hundred and twenty-seven days amounting ₹61,480 was paid to the petitioner vide bill no.99/2001 dated 13.09.2001. She superannuated from service with effect from 31.07.2000.

In view thereof, nothing survives for adjudication as the claimed benefits have already been granted to the petitioner. The petition, accordingly, stands disposed of.
