CRM No.M-22858 of 2015 -2killed the police official by causing injuries inside the house when the police party went to their house and also injured other police officials. Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the fact that earlier bail applications have already been dismissed on merit by this Court and further, in view of the nature and gravity of offence, I do not find it a fit case where petitioner is entitled to benefit of grant of regular bail. Therefore, finding no merit in the present petition, the same is dismissed.
