**** ANOOP CHITKARA, J. (ORAL) The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C for issuance of a direction to respondent No. 2 for deciding the representations (Annexures P-5, P-6 & P-7).
Notice served upon the official respondents through the State's counsel. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be satisfied in case a direction may be issued to respondents No. 3 and 4 to submit report qua his complaint to respondent No. 2 without any fail preferably within 10 days which was already sought by respondent No. 2 and further respondent No. 2 to decide his representations in a time bound manner.
The prayer being innocuous is not opposed by the learned State counsel. Be that as it may, given above, the present petition is disposed of by issuing direction to respondent No. 2- Deputy Commissioner, Faridkot-cum-Licensing Authority, Mini Secretariat, Faridkot to decide representations (Annexure P-5, P-6 & P-7) by passing a speaking and reasoned order within 20 days strictly in accordance with law from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. In case, the grievance of the petitioner still exists, he shall be at liberty to avail legal remedy in accordance with law including approaching this Court. All pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
