(Oral) It is submitted that with respect to the same grievance, the petitioners had earlier filed CWP No. 12648 of 2021, which was permitted to be withdrawn vide order dated 30.07.2021 with liberty to raise all issues before the concerned authorities. Thereafter, a detailed representation dated 10.08.2021 has been submitted but no order has been passed till date. Meanwhile, communication dated 24.03.2022 (Annexure P-7) has been issued directing implementation of NCERT recognized text books in all private schools. Thus, a direction be issued to respondent No.1 to decide the pending representation dated 10.08.2021 (Annexure P-6) before taking any coercive steps.

CWP No. 7524 of 2022 -2that the representation (Annexure P-6) shall positively be decided within a period of six weeks.

Thus, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.1 to decide the pending representation (Annexure P-6) as expeditiously as possible and not later than six weeks from today. Meanwhile, no coercive steps shall be taken against the members of the petitioner.
