(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for quashing FIR No. 8 dated 09.02.2015 (Annexure P-1) registered under Sections 420, 467 and 468 IPC at police Station Purana Shalla, District Gurdaspur and order dated 25.02.2016, whereby the petitioner was declared proclaimed offender.

Heard.

The instant petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to appear before the trial Court within 10 days from today, with liberty to raise all the pleas taken herein, before it, failing which this petition shall be deemed to be dismissed.
